Probably achieve the most value selling items individually as people are more likely to need single parts to repair after breakages etc. This is a hassle though as you have to mess about posting lots of parcels and may end up stuck with some bits.
Can you not use the groupo as the basis for building an N+1?

You might want to consider listing the brifters along with all the cables and outers as a single item as a "conversion kit" for the odd person or two who wants to convert a downtube shifter bike to something more modern.
Then keep or sell the rest separately.
