depends on the weather, elmy. cycle kit tends to be wicking anyway, but if it's cool, you might want an undervest. in warmer weather you can just wear the top on its own.

obviously you'll need to wear something on your lower half too.

Had ideas on that front myself Elmer.Only you,me and Fnaar in this neck of the woods.Think Fnaar sometimes comes down this way ,so there is always a chance.
