I probably only clean my bike every month or two, I know that I should do it more often but I never seem to get round to it.
I do give the moving parts a spray of something or other (gt or decathlon chain oil) every so often but that is about it.
I commute 5 days a week (80 miles in total).

Please forgive me my lazy habits.

Never! When it needs some servicing or work done I take it to the shop and they do whatever needs repairing and I pay them to clean it! Too busy cleaning the house and doing everything else to clean the bike as well.

I wipe it over every week at the end of the run of commutes, clean and lube the chain and gears as part or a general once-over check of everything mechanical and electrical. A couple of times a year - at the end of summer and start of spring - I give it a more intensive clean when servicing bits.

Washing in the sense of applying detergent and water - never.

once a week, just to keep it looking good. karcher power wash detergent watered right down in a spray bottle, leave for 5 mins to work then a brush down, and rinse off with the hose, and a dry down with an old towel before a relube.

I have to admit I don't clean my hybrid to often; it just get the chain, cables and pivot points wiped down and lubed; the main frame isn't washed tthat often. I went through a period a while back where I cleaned it more regularly but found I wasn't getting any extended chain use etc compared to now. I ride nearly 100% on road though it may get a little more attention if I was using it off road. Its probably does no good but I also feel a less shiny bike is less attractable to thieves.

Bike out, bucket / sponge and a 'bike brush' for tricky bits. Standard car wash, or Radox bubble bath if you run out (yes boys/girls just about running out of the Radox...ahem..... need a Halfrauds trip)...

Beware! Not sure about Radox, but shampoos and shower gels can contain a lot of salt, makes them nice and thick.

Alfine hub, belt drive and full length guards mean I hose it down every six weeks or so. Doesn't need anything else.

I usually clean and lube chain/gears etc every few days. Frame probably once a fortnight. Having crudcatcher mudguards on my winter steed makes a huge difference.
If the weather is particularly bad then i may clean it a little more often.
