How often do you wash your bike?

Every ride. The only concession was my commuter that got once a week.

The endurance/winter bike gets washed and dried and the chain cleaned and lubed after any wet ride when there's salt on the roads.

The hooligan/summer bike gets lovingly wiped down, never washed, after any ride where it's been splashed with muck. Then I buff the frame with Bulgarian rose petals and finish with milk of a virgin unicorn.

My mtb often needs a wash due to the mud fest..
My road bike has never been washed ..i just use a wet cloth wipe over and clean it with a dry cloth.
The commuter is much the same..
