It occurred to me today, that up until recently I carried my camping kit on my bicycle..... now I carry my bicycle on my camping kit

Decorating, up until maybe 10 years ago I'd do a shift, come home, have tea and start a room. That'd include stripping a wall of paper, repapering, emulsion the other 3 walls, gloss the skirts etc, paint the ceiling and lay a new carpet....and not go to bed till I finished, even if that meant 4 or 5am.

Nowadays....it takes as long as it takes.

I've morphed into my grandmother all of a sudden, I keep saying winters were colder and summers were warmer, modern music is rubbish compared to the 80's, as I've aged I moan a lot more, although I'm 47 I don't actually feel I am, I still dress and act young .. just grey, moan and I repeat myself a lot .. a lot ..
