I have an issue with the tyres supplied with the bike and i would like to contact the company directly

The issue is with the grip in the wet of the tyre , i merely want to highlight my concerns and suggest that they look into their choice rather than a "gimme " letter.

I have found a couple of contact emails that i can try .

Its more of a heads up for them , if they choose to ignore it then its up to them i just felt it was worth an email to say what i and another cyclist have found with the tyres that are supplied and i can link to a few other comments of a similar nature.

The tyres are conti ultra sports.

didn't actually get to try mine in the wet, they were ripped open by a stone first

yeah, not the best tyres

bin them, get something better and move on.

I'd be more worried about boardman messing up the new models with white bar tape and saddles and silver wheels these cost a lot more to change

Tyre choice is very personal, some people like a slippery tyre, makes them feel alive.
Much like pedals, buy ones you like, sell the others.
