Are you putting anything on the scar to keep it mobile, and not dry and cracky?

I can recommend Rescue Remedy cream, you can get it at Boots and other big chemists, I think at Tesco and Asda too. It's about a fiver a tube, it aids faster healing.

Well after having the stitches out, I am not having a dressing on it. But Istill have some anti-biotics though so will keep taking them.

I am going to go to boots and try to find anything that aids fast healing so I can get back on the bike asap.

Any ideas guys?
