A rainy ride without mudguards means that the white parts of my brand new shorts have gone patchy brown and there's a mud stripe right up the back of my new jersey  I've had them in the wash a few times now but the stains won't come out. I tried putting fairy washing up liquid on the stains before I put them in for a wash but still no luck.

Anyone got any good tips for getting mud stains on of cycling clothing? ^_^

Yeah, but you can buy unbranded stuff too.

It will get the dirt out but you might not get the whiteness back.

After the above, buy some vanish stain remover to try and get the colour back.

And USE mudguards.
