How to keep my face warm

Another one for a buff, worn round the neck or in balaclava style. I have just purchased a winter cap which keeps the ears warm but I feel it may get too hot if I really get going*

*That's energy expediture not actual speed

A Thermal Pro buff for my neck/face, and another thin thinsulate buff worn like a beanie over my head and ears under my helmet.

I wear a buff and waterproof cycling cap to keep it in place and find my face and ears are toasty.

Buff for me too. Wooly hat or scull cap under my lid as well - toasty!

If it is really cold I wear a gore balaclava, similar to this;

but it has a mesh around the mouth which means I can still drink from a water bottle.
If it's not too cold, just a buff pulled up per as others.

Problem I have with a buff over the mouth is the moisture quickly picks up and then makes my face colder than if I didn't have the buff on.
So I just man up and live with a cold face for a few miles.

Rub some neat washing up liquid onto your clean glasses with your fingers, then buff off to a shine with a soft duster. The invisible film will stop the fogging.

For mad mad mad cold, I have a buff with 2 inches of fleece sewn into one end. Came from millets for £5. Although my CC one is my favourite and most used.
