How to spend a £20 HMV gift card

I got given a HMV gift card worth £20 for Christmas. Is there anything cycling related that it could be spent on?

I'd try selling it on ebay for £10

Not according to the HMV website:

"The hmv Gift Card cannot be used in Waterstones or Fopp as the hmv Gift Card is only compatible with tills in hmv stores. Both Fopp and Waterstones issue their own Gift Cards."

It seems that there is a difference between the gift card and the vouchers, which is what I was thinking of. sorry!

HMV announced this morning that they are closing 60 of their 300 stores.

Probably not.

I would go for DVDs of Fargo, No Country for Old Men, and The Three Burials of Melquiades Estrada. Frances McDormand shows what a great actress she is (Fargo) and Tommy Lee Jones is a revelation in the other two. You might even have a few pence change.

Slightly OT... a few years ago I found an old WH Smiths voucher in a drawer... took it into a Smiffs, and they told me they hadn't used that style of voucher for at least 10 years... but they let me use it

HMV are not 'closing' 40 HMV and 20 Waterstone stores this year, they are 'exiting' them.
That was the wording of their official announcement.
