Howdy from a Liverpool supporting Manc living in NW West London

Hi all
I was just searching for a UK based biking forum and of the three I looked at. This seemed the friendliest, decided to register and to my surprise, I had already previously registered.

So now that is destiny and fate out of the way.

I've been riding on and off for a few years but a little more recently pending the knee and ankle injuries. I do need some advice, so I thought I would say hello before jumping in head first without a intro.

As per the title from the NW now residing in London since 2005

Hi Shanks and welcome to the site you did not say on what you need help would this be the injuries perhaps ? but what ever it is help will come along also a manc supporting Liverpool now thats brave !!!!

Did you ever live in Ashton Under Lyne? there is a house there that used to have a big Liverpool flag in the window. It was a surprise every time I passed it that the window hadn't gone through.
