I'm 62, I rode long distance in my 20's on extensive camping trips, then life and business took over. I was forced into retirement a couple of yrs ago due to health reasons. Doc said it would be best if I built my core back up with exercise and he is a cyclist so he asked if I ever rode............ I started cycling again more than a yr ago, health is much better, BP is down, and I remembered why I loved it so much as a kid.

Hi Greg and welcome.
I had a works accident a few years ago and was in a lot of pain.
I was in the process of getting back into cycling.
a doctor with lots of fancy letters after his name told me not to cycle.
an Indian bloke, physio therapist I was being treated by recommended cycling.

I'm so glad I decided to take the Indian chaps advice
