I am looking for a cargo trailer and will soon be in the position to purchase one, providing that it at the right price. The Raleigh Mule trailer is in my price range but I would rather go for a model with a single wheel for the added benefits of stability and turning capability.

Most single-wheeled models are quite expensive as they appear to come from premium brands such as "Bob". There was a model sold by EBC which was a cheaper copy of the "Bob Yak" made with steel instead of aluminium but has long been discontinued. However several copies exist, notably the "Adventure CT1". On eBay now there is what appears to be yet another copy and is without a brand name but looks nearly identical to the Adventure but with a different-coloured bag.

So would the above trailer be suitable for moderate shopping loads and fast touring, both of which are the main uses I have in mind for it?
