HP Sauce remains the go to choice, occasionally dabble in the other "mediocre" offerings, and, if it's a fishfinger sandwich, have been known to resort to the Devil's Own ..... Ketchup.

It's seriously spicy but with flavour not just heat.

5. Every other sauce on the planet expect mustard
6. Mustard

Which Ketchup do you mean at number 4? THere are all sorts of Ketchups, not just Tomato.

I know. It was before I edited to add 5 and 6. Too many sauces. HP is the Daddy (confusing, I know). Beats everything. Mustard is made from pure evil. Everything else, meh.

Is that available in supermarkets? The one I posted isn’t. At least I’ve never found it, and had to get it on Amazon.

Stokes brown sauce is better than HP.

I discovered it last year at a fancy cafe, it’s really nice.

It is/was available in bigger branches of Sainsbury, at the "world foods" section. There's always some interesting stuff available there!
Walkerswood Jamaican Jerk seasoning is a favourite of mine, but no longer available in Sainsbury. Can still be found on Amazon though....
