I have no idea why it sprung to my mind, but I was thinking of it at work today (just couldn't remember who sang it)

Maybe it was the 'run' down NewLands Lane, with daughter yesterday, as the white house here, has been (supposedly) compulsorily purchased
Which is a great shame, as it was restored/rebuilt from a derelict shell

Sadly I remember that record when she made it.
She was the highest paid entertainer in the uk at her peak...... then pop music appeared and she bombed.
Dead by the age of 32 which was sad.
