I prefer 'ES File Explorer' myself as it can access my PC shares over wifi very easily.

another ES file manager user here. it needs two other ES apps to run, one is a task mgr and one is a security mgr.

Here's another way if you downloaded the files from the web using the phone's web browser:

(1) Open the browser
(2) Open the Menu whilst in the browser and select More
(3) Select Downloads

That'll give you a note of all files downloaded via the browser. You can delete them from there.

Otherwise, I use Astro.
