Hubs on wheels

I have some Shimano c24 clinchers would I have problems if I wanted to change the hubs say to Extralite

Assuming these are either DA or RS80/81 hubs - what is wrong with them?

You want to advise on assumption?

If the rims are C24, then the hubs will be either Dura Ace or RS spec, because those are the only Shimano wheelsets with those rims. So it is safe to assume they will be either one or the other - it doesn't matter which.

He's not actually offering advice in that post. Think assumption is pretty reasonable, nevertheless, and so's @S-Express 's question.
