Did my first *proper* audax today. Hurrah Me!

My thighs ache and require a massage. Dear husband did massage them earlier, but I require more.

I'm quite happy with my 100km. I've done 100miles before (not on audax though), so I'll be content to do up to 200km. But I have no desire to do anything longer. Weekends Feb/Mar to October are primarily for transporting the offspring to & from time trials, so my opportunity to do a lot of audax will be limited. No SR for me! It was the Norwich ride (starting in Colney).
