I'd have thought that what's done is done, but it the design is at fault the Royal Parks will take a look at it. Temperamentally they're very pro cyclist. If there's been a complaint, for example if a pedestrian has been hit by a cyclist, they're bound to make a point, but, generally, they want to increase the number of cyclists using the parks
