I started off road there are lots of good off roading to be had where i live but i got fed up of menopausal women on horses shouting at me. How am i supposed to know i strayed into a horse path and its not my fault horses get so scared and start sprinting off all over the place.

If the world still exists then i am going to make it my new years resolution to get back into training which includes getting back on the bike. Ive been spending these few months out getting pissed and eating junk food im having anxiety that my usual concrete hard body may go the way of rich_p's.
