Youtube is blocked at work so I've only just seen the vid. I'd been a bit further out to hopefully avoid that, but that doesn't stop the driver being a spanner.

why did you not filter down the left?

I was going to then I noticed the back VW at the end of the parked cars was about to move off so I decided that I would rather wait than take the risk that he had seen me.

Note the smart cycle lane that comes out around the parking bays but only just leaves enough room for 2 cars. See how the car in front straddles the CP line. Not to mention the risk of being in the door zone.

Whilst mildly annoying I think the police will be bemused as to why you are making a complaint about this. They have to be realistic about what offences they follow up. There was no visual evidence of any contact, and it doesn't sound that bad. Glad you have calmed down!
