Sheer bad luck, I suppose.
I'm an experienced mechanic, so no silly errors.
We did have a big rainstorm with flash-flooding in my chalky, flinty neck of the woods last week and a lot of debris got washed into the roads.

Cracking a solo.
That's a big ciggie there, guess you'd need one after having to change all those tubes.

Is 'arse' a rude word?

A polite American I met, who had just seen the Jacobean play "The Devil Is An Ass" at the RSC, couldn't bring herself to say "ass" and so was calling it "The Devil Is An Ahhhhse". I pretended to be shocked and said she had to say "Ass" as "arse" was a rude word in our country. Heh.

I used 2 tubes on Sunday because I didn't find the bit if glass that caused the first puncture, well cheesed off because I remembered to check for the culprit but didn't find it so assumed it was a pothole that caused it.

Tried to repair 3 tubes yesterday...... I now have 10 on order...... Arse
