Trying to find out more about my home city and how the roads are used by local motorists. Its my first attempt at a poll but if anyone is on a motoring website would be cool if you could spam it

'Fraid so. Its all down to the fact many motorists claim its too far into work to cycle, and there have been a raft of letters to the local paper over congestion (where several are only driving 2 miles).

Just trying to establish whats going on to settle a few debates.

What's the point then of address a local problem via an international cycling forum. Shouldn't you be more localised in your canvassing?

Well there are a couple of local riders on these forums. IIRC London stuff has been promoted here in the past, so I don't see why it couldnt attract a couple of hits likewise

Never said I was busy, just don't like ironing!

Having said that I've never been that bored that I'd wonder how or why someone else decides on how to make a journey.

It's easy though when you think about it.

Some go by car

Some by bike

Some by bus

Some walk

Some are lazy

Some are fit

Some are trying to save the world through their use of the cycle over powered transport.

Just ride your bike and enjoy it Superman!

Yeah you havent really grasped why I'm doing this. I dont care about "some" I want to know the details. If people didnt explore these things we'd never learn anything. Knowledge is liberation.

In all seriousness.. about 50. I've contacted a local paper. Also started working on categories for the cycling one.
