I desire a special clock ...

... and I can't find one anywhere!

What I'm looking for is a clock that is a glass cylinder standing on a base - the base has the electronic gubbins in it, and the cylinder displays the time, such that no matter which direction you look at it from, you always see the time directly in front of you, as if it were in the middle of the cylinder - a kind of hologram.

Is such a contraption even possible with today's technology, I wonder?
