Fair weathered,fair minded but easily persuaded.
I was thinking of going out every other day (same route until I'm totally comfortable being back on the bike)....does that sound reasonable or too much to start with?
No good plan. Just don't over do otherwise you won't want to go out at all. Don't do just that route after this week, pick one part of it to go off somewhere else.

, the more you do the more your body will become accustomed to it, muscles will develop to help support you over time, It took me over a year to be really comfy on the bike.
