It actually just says stationary....but then also mentions this 10mph thing but it seems to be in regard to cyclists, horses and road maintenance vehicles.
I don't disagree with you, I just think that the wording could be understood both ways. If for instance, someone was moving along slowly, decided to do a u-turn, didn't see me and knocked me off, could they argue that as I was over the solid white line I was in the wrong as I was not overtaking a stationary vehicle, or a cyclist/horse/maintenance doing 10mph or less.

I was probably a bit harsh in my language, my point was more that what I did in the video wasn't silly, careless or dangerous...so any argument about whether I should be over the white line doesn't really bother me.
I was more worried when going around the first bend with broken white lines in case someone came around the corner fast and I couldn't pull in, than when going up the straight, clear road with solid white lines.
