I dreamt last night...........

...........that I was walking along a narrow alley between whitewashed houses and there was a cobra coming towards me - head up, hood out. It then slithered up the pavement and started to go up the wall of a house where - it turned into a huge butterfly!

I always dream weird and vivid dreams. What's the weirdest dream you have had?

I once dreamt I was a postman in the Duddon Valley, at one farm the sheep were so sick of people chasing them they had learned to balance on each others backs to form the shape of a giant bull to frighten people away. The really clever bit was that they had got the sheepdog to be the bull's nose so if anyone still got too close it could bite them.

I love listening to other people's dreams - and wondering what they mean(if anything).

Sadly I never dream - or if I do, never remember them.

Last night I dreamt about work

Even worse I had to grovel to a deeply unpleasant individual that used to work there to persuade him to help get us out of the brown stuff

Luckily there's no one there now who is even slightly unpleasant, but we are in the brown stuff

My vivid dreams are really disturbing.
I still remember to this day the dream I had when I was 5 years old. During the dream I walked into my parents bedroom and saw my dad's severed head on top of the chest of drawers. I didn't sleep for weeks afterwards.

Earlier this year I dreamt, again very vividly, about the future. I had a different partner from my current partner, and we were having a housewarming party because we'd just bought our first house together. All our friends and family were there and everyone was really happy for us. We were sitting on the stairs, whilst everyone else was painting the walls. My 'partner's' kids from a previous relationship were there, and were also really happy. They were aged 16 and 18 respectively. When I woke up from the dream, I woke up really happy.

The 'partner' in the dream is someone I know currently but I don't have feelings for them that i know of.

I must have the most mischievous subconscious ever!

By far the weirdest dream I ever had was when I was whacked off on morphine and tramadol (sp) and had just had my appendix removed. I was looking into a fish tank, and the colours were so powerful I woke up frightened.

Whacked out, shurely? Or is this one of the perks of BUPA?

It was definitely a dream! Bizarre and completely out of the blue.

But sometimes you do get those emotional dreams that affect you when you wake up. It's just one of those probably.
