Don't feel bad. I drove in to work today too as I had to get to the Drs (feel free to feel sorry for me - my arm is still hurting after my injections!). Tomorrow I'm going to have to cycle though as I have no petrol in the car and won't make it to work without having to fill up which I so can't be doing with first thing in the morning.

Bob here also.I chickened out and was only going to do a few miles.To see if the swelling would leave the knee.

But i could not be ar--- putting all the gear on for an hour out.

No motivation on many fronts at the moment.I blame this time of the year .SAD and all.

I wimped out on Tuesday,and looking at the forecast thought I would be off it all week,luckily I manned up a bit and have done last 2 days and will be on bike tomorrow too
I quite often think of having an extra 10-15 mins in bed and take the car,but once I'm up and out I am so glad to be on the bike.
