If that other bar tape went onto another bike, in theory it would be only half of that?
Its going on another bike;)
Or, does anyone want to buy one roll of Charge bar tape in black? Its pretty nice stuff, good to put on aslong as you get it warm and it looks pretty darn nice.
Ill take £3.10 for it;)

Stick the chin up bar in the hallway outside the toilet, if possible, use it as often as you remember.

Only do this if you're the sort of person who can't be bothered with all that warm up, stretching, injury prevention nonsense.:sun:

Chins and pull ups are using your lats and biceps to shift 75 or so kilos, not recommended for cracking out a quick 10 on the way to the bog!

Make sure you're warm first and don't go to failure if you're doing them daily.

It is all relative, isn't it.

Three weeks back I had an eye op. They took it out, played around with it, (played a round of golf with it from the way it now feels), stuck it back slightly askew, stuck some big stitches into the eyeball, and sent me home.

I used to think headaches were little pains in the head that you got the day after a night on the razz. Not any more. They are things that leave you under the duvet crying for your mum (who died many years ago) and wishing that death would come very soon.

But even as I type this I know that someone somewhere really IS dying in much more excruiating pain, and I feel for them.

Not saying you DON'T feel like crap, just that crap comes in different sizes...

Crap does indeed come in different sizes, if felt much worse, and i know that how i was, there are people feeling much worse.
I did some chin ups today though, i did 15, whilst in the stockroom at work:laugh: Me and someone else were in there and i looked at the bar and just started doing them. They werent bad, got worse near the end. I did some with hands on different sides of the bar aswell, i ended up hitting my head on a box that was on a shelf:wacko:

One of the great things about leaving school is not having to do gym classes ever again.

I hated PE, all that hard work, playing football and other stuff.
Then i started cycling and didnt mind it so much.
Ive chosen it now for A-Level, and im chosing it next year aswell i think. I did get into going to the gym, id go in the day in my free lessons because the gym was so close.
Id hate to go back to the normal PE sessions though, the main thing you do is football, which really is shoot

me too, but funnily enough i've often thought about becoming a gym instructor. i think if the school had discovered what i was good at i would have been much better at PE. it's just typical of schools, if you're not good at netball or football, then you're considered non athletic. funny how i was the worst at school and now 20 years later i'm the only one that is fit.

I went from being pretty unfit to being one the fittest in my year, and in 6th form.
I wouldnt mind being a gym instructor, dunno how i would go about doing it and getting a job though:wacko:
