Yesterday, I was in Harrow town centre fund raising for the hospital/internet radio station I volunteer for. Part of the venture was selling instant requests for a donation, as we were broadcasting live from the centre at the time.

A group of teenagers came up to us and asked for some N'Dubz.
I then got the question 'You know what N'Dubz is, dontcha?'
My colleague, only slightly younger than me, responded before I could, 'We might be old, but we do work in radio!'

Remember when you were a teenager, anyone over the age of 30 was ancient?

I felt old yesterday, or it might have been the day before..

Reading the thread about what would I do if there was no telephone or internet. I could quite easily carry on as normal using the postal system, or visiting someone to talk to them.

I do not use faceback, twitting or Fiends Reunited.

I'm sixty at the end of this year, I'm going to be feeling old for this year and probably a couple of years after this year till I get used to being in my sixties.

errrrr, I seem to remember N'Dubz come from the London post code of 'NW'
However one of the singers goes by the name 'Dappy'
So perhaps the Irish angle is correct (Apoligies to all the Irish readers
