Nightmare!! had my sons new islabike delivered last week,waited in all day,Then popped out for 10 mins & returned to find a "whilst you were out" card lying in the hallway!!!

THREE FECKING WEEKS I'VE BEEN WAITING FOR MY CHAINSET FROM CHAIN REACTION! TWO E-MAILS AND NOT A SAUSAGE. And to think I used to use them 'cos they used to deliver really quickly.
