Yes. I've really got into soups. Some of them are so rich that they are self limiting as far as calorie intake goes.

I've got some Jerusalem artichokes waiting to be souped but I know that I'll blow a gale after I've consumed them

Still it's got to be done.

Dear Jesus, NO!! Please don't do it. Chuffy made carrot and Jerusalem artichoke soup once, that evening was like being part of a WWI trench warfare re-enactment society.
