I find it irritating when I see a bargain bike for sale secondhand which isn't my size. Most bikes for sale seem to be XXL. I'm assuming that the great big lumps soon realise that they'd be better off wrestling or playing rugby:biggrin:

Come to China, the problem here is getting a bike that is big enough for a normal sized Brit. Getting new cycling shoes of the right size is also another problem!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Children come in many sizes ranging from very small up to adult size. Millions of them get a bike for christmas and then they either grow out of it or get too cool to cycle.

I have had no problems keeping my kids in secondhand bikes throughout their lives.

Not sure if kids will get many road or top range bikes though.

64 and 4 mths? You're not old. 64 and 5 months is old

But 4' 10&1/2 and a 52cm frame?!? How long are your legs?

I'm 5'1 1/2" (us short arses know every 1/2" counts) and my 49cm is a bit too big to ride safely
