I have a plan.

The date has been chosen,Weds 17th June.A destination has been arrived at.So Postman and one of his ex work mates,are meeting up, along with cycling Dave.We are riding to Bridlington.I tell you something else apart from Garrowby Hill,which we shall walk up.it's all flat,i kid you not.Downhill a lot of it.So here we are all excited at doing 72 miles.Then a meal and the train home.Come on June.I have even worked out a schedule to keep us moving along at a good rate of knots.

You've not seen Garrowby Hill!

At the top there's a stunning view of the Vale of York but an incline that challenges the brakes on my road bikes. Not only do I get off and push to get up it, I get of and walk down it.

It is possible to cycle up it and to cycle down it. Going up it will induce a coronary, going down it will frighten you to death.
