I have a "Smurf " gearing system on one of the trikes

It is a Schlumpf gear for the bottom bracket, but one of my nieces took great delight in pointing out that Schlumpf is German for Smurf

In the good old days the QARNNS uniform hat was the same as that of a WPC

A lot of the girls used to leave their old hat on the parcel shelf as it was a deterrent against tail gates
