I have had an idea.

In this mornings trawl of the computer.I have noticed the old chestnut.Cyclists should use cyclepaths,that's what they are there for.Cyclists don't pay tax,don't have insurance etc etc.Well yesterday on our way to Manchester i saw loads of drivers using mobiles.Stop them make them use phone boxes,that's what they are there for.
just a silly idea.
