I heard Orbea make custom carbon frames ?

They used to do custom geometry aluminium a few years back but even these were more expensive than their similar off the peg frames. I seriously doubt they could do it with carbon. Custom carbon frames use tubes and lugs (see Parlee and Serotta), and this is wildly expensive and time consuming so I can't imagine they would be in business long if they were offering them at the same price as their off the peg models. Custom geometry on something like the Orbea Orca would need moulds in hundreds, if not thousands of different sizes/angles which just isn't financially possible.
They do have a custom bike builder on their website, but that's just for speccing the bikes out, they all use standard off the peg frames.
