Ah, strava. It's an app that records your rides. Segments are arbitrary sections of a ride that you can compare your speed with yourself or others. Anyone can create a segment, so there are tens of thousands. The fastest person on any segment is the King of the Mountain (or Queen).
That particular segment is 2 circuits anticlockwise around the fountain at buck palace. Which is weird, but I managed to do it accidentally while waiting to meet someone.

Maybe there is one rule for roadies: if it's not on Strava, it didn't happen
(you don't have to obey that one either)
