Nice one matey thats good going wen i was hitting the gym alot i could do 5k in 26-27 minutes on the treadmill (with no incline) but that killed me

Sweet !!
Its been at least 10 years since i ran any distance and more like 15 since i ran any sort of event, i never felt natural as a runner so i only got down to maybe 19 mins for 5 k and around 40 for a 10 k .
