I was actually thinking about cancelling the order yesterday, but then I got an e-mail saying they'd sent it... unexpectedly quick sometimes, Planet-X. So anyway, told my wife, she reacted as expected ('but we're supposed to be saving money' etc.) but I promised I wouldn't spend much money on the build. Which means, I will have to gather stuff slowly and there's no way I'll be able to get it ready for the first competitive tri I do in July. Probably next season...

The price for the frame has gone back up to 499 on Planet-X's site. Looks like it was an incredible bargain and I got in just at the right time.

I'm now thinking about buying a pair of 650c Zipp deep section carbon wheels off a guy from a local club for an equally excellent price...
