So my dads away which leaves me dog walking duty. He has two dogs now because I live in a flat and he inherited mine but we share walking duties as he is only a couple of miles up the road.
So go for a ride this morning ending up at my old mans. Loads of
on the roads today.
Take my normal walk along the river with a nice woodchip path. A little terrier crossed with a rat appears out of the trees so I call the dogs to heel. (they walk next to my legs at heel and wont move until told so) This rat thing follows us yapping and barking gradually winding up the dogs till Bruno snaps and has a lunge at him. Unfortunately my leg was in the way so I got a pair of chops in my inner thigh!
Sent the dogs away and chased the little rat down the path opposite direction till he buggered off. Poor old Bruno after he bit me looked so crest fallen I din't have the heart to berate him.
Cycle home after hurt, tetanus tomorrow I suppose.
Bruno on the right. Brother and sister a litter apart.
