Sauce and Vegetables: Water, vegetables (6.7%) [tomato, sweetcorn, tomato powder, onion powder, garlic powder], maltodextrin, WHEAT flour, yeast extract, flavour enhancers (monosodium glutamate, disodium inosinate, disodium guanylate), sugar, flavourings, salt, palm fat, hydrolysed vegetable protein (SOYA), acid (citric acid), soy sauce (SOYBEANS, WHEAT), cayenne pepper (0.1%). Sachet: Chilli sauce (1.3%) [water, spirit vinegar, modified corn starch, salt, cumin, cayenne pepper, flavourings]. May contain milk, egg, celery and mustard.

Risotto. Something else that, like a pot noodle, is ridiculously easy for anyone with access to a basic kitchen to cook for themselves.
