I've only been to Barry once (20 + years ago) and didn't enjoy it but I don't think it was a fair visit and I maybe ought to give it a second chance.

I was last in Cardiff in 2006, so can't really comment, but it seemed reasonably ok.

Last time I was there was two years ago..... hated the place....the streets were filthy and disgsting will little or no effort having been made to clear up after 'closing time' the night before (this was mid to late morning the day after!)

Had a good week-end there a couple of years ago;was there to see the speedway gp at the millenium stadium.
Last year went again but stayed in Brizzle which was good too and will ceertainly go back there again for a longer break.
