The Zem has always been an absolute pig to ride because it's got motorcycle brakes which have always dragged. I'm having some adaptors made so we can run reconditioned old Hope C2s all round, replacing the heavyweight mcycle tyres with some 20 x 2.125 BMX tyres and losing two of the four enormously heavy steel bodied SRAM 7 speed 'gearboxes'. I can't re-engineer the appalling steering linkages in the time available unfortunately but it should be able to move a bit better if not go round corners.

The Conference bike was about £4.5K, dunno about the 4 seater ZEM, probably about the same though they're not made any more. We also have two ZEM variants, a ZEM two seater and a Taiwanese (made under licence by Pacific) 2 Rider. I'll take some piccies of them soon.
