I made a Flume Tube for a fly

On yesterday's ride, I had a fly go straight up my right nostril, down into the back of my throat where I managed to envelope it in a wad of phlegm and spit it out....

I got a fly in my eye a few weeks back, stupidly I had lowered my cycling glasses a little. I had to stop and try and get it out. Yuk.
