No pics as I forgot and I'm out the door in <7 hours and am sleepy. But its the frame of an old full suser, with the (disc) forks from my way too big hard tail. Then taking the hardtails chainset, wheelset and shifters as they were all far better than the ones on my full susser. My chain tool is awol so I haven't swapped either mech or derailleur but the derailleur is set up and working as are front and rear brakes. Needs the cable run to the front mech (I bailed on it because of time) and a new inner tube for the front (all mine are 700c). Then its done and ready for test riding. Oh and grips for the bars.

Its kinda fugly with a silver/black frame (with red trim) and yellow forks but it should ride well, stop well and be small enough to hoon about on off road

If I get on well I think I might be hunting out a decent frame and building up an xc bike.....
