I need a new ebike battery, whete can i get one from please?

Hi so I've had my e moto electric bike for 4 years now and freeride it to work as its all downhill, 5 mins away and cycle up back home again. I do that journey 3 times a week and then I have to charge my battery after the 2nd journey. I get 2 miles if that per charge :-(
So I guess I need a new battery ( plus other bits and bobs) the after service care hasn't been great since day one. This was around £1500 and was a 50th birthday gift.
My last ebike battery was replaced no problem, they replaced the 2 battery packs inside the casing. ( that casing weighed 30lbs!) Looking at this casing right now i can see screws to open it so I guess it's the battery pack inside it that I need rather then the whole thing?
Any advise please?

HOWEVER - it seems that their main person - Jimmy - is not well so they are cutting back on the work they take on

but it might be worth sending them a message to see how things are
