Because a lot on e bay are gullible, fail to do their homework and get caught up in a bidding war as they have not kept to their limit.

Look for a few pavements to trip on or potholes to cause you to fall from your bike or step out in front of a few cars where the drivers are using their mobiles, obviously not fast moving ones ........................

How about getting a load of old tut from jumble sales/tips etc. (or new stuff from Poundland et al) and get on down to a car-boot sale?

Folk will pay silly money for any old junk if it's something they think they will want, need or come in useful.

Or sell army surplus stuff ; kids love it!

Both jobless right now (and have 2 young children) but I have other commitments preventing me from getting a job!!! Yes, I'm basically working 50 hours per week for free.

A friend of mine tried that and it's sounds absolutely terrible - 99% of the people were from overseas and thought they had no chance of finding 'normal' work - the stories he told were insane - you wouln't believe it was legal! I'm not ready to take years off my life for a few quid just yet!

Just head for a shopping area / city centre and ask complete strangers for it. Probably best to do it in the gardening clothes and not wash for a couple of days. A small mangy dog on a string will also help.
There is money in begging apparently, could be up to £40 / day. Its thought there are very few in my area that are begging actually need the money. Not a new thing either - Arthur Conan Doyle featured it in a Sherlock Holmes story.

When you've got a good idea of what's selling, pop down to your local Primark and pick up the popular items, then list them on eBay.
