So just over two years since i was told i had a Lymphoma cancer i rode my bike.Mrs P was out collecting our Euros for our holiday,Father in law was asleep.I had nothing to do,so i thought right clean bike and lubricate same.Well an urge to ride fell upon me.And knowing Mrs P was out made it more exciting. So i checked f.i.l was still asleep,i donned my cycling shoes got my helmet on and did two circles of the street, only about ten mins, but the feeling was wonderful, despite having vertigo April-May time there was no wobbling. The smile on my face as i came back to the garden would have lit up Blackpool illuminations. So after the hols i am going to get out,Son is not getting this bike yet.I had forgotten how to get the helmet off,so i had to go look in the bathroom mirror i found the button eventually.
