There not much for me to say. I'm getting back into cycling after a few months off the bike. Need a some more inspiration so I'm here searching for it.
From the two rides I've done I'm having to keep stretching. Now this is something I had a problem with before. Its the muscle on the back of my legs(hamstring?) That feels like it needs to be stretched. Any advice? I noticed it when I was doing lots of riding, it went when I stopped and now started again since I've been back on the bike. Any advice? Going to look at my position when I get chance but from other people looking they have never said its not right.
